Psp Download Capability Opens Up A Whole New World Of Opportunity
by Ravi on Sep.27, 2009, under Uncategorized
Portable game stations are the hot new craze among the teen and early adult crowd. A surprisingly large percentage of this population is female now that the gaming industry has become wise and started to cater to this large and valuable segment of the gaming market. Anyway these little machines are really quite amazing, using blazing speed and remarkable graphics for the size screen they bear to give the user a believable gaming experience wherever they go. The battery life is and always has been a limiting factor but is constantly getting better and users now enjoy 4-6 hrs of gaming before a recharge is necessary. They also have the capacity to support all of the psp download applications that are available.
Perhaps the neatest thing about these new portable devices (computers really), is the compatible platform with most digital types of media and the large capacity of memory to store it. This really is a trend that encompasses all of the new digital media players including the ipods, pdas, etc. Not only is the psp a portable gaming device that can store thousands of games (which are gotten on any number of the several psp download sites), but it can function as a portable movie player as well as a portable music player (or other audio such as books, lectures, etc.). The PS3 has loads more features than this though.
So if you have been thinking about getting one or all of these things for your child (or yourself for that matter), than consider the sony psp for the sheer power of its processor and the multiple uses that it can provide. If you don’t believe me about the other types of media than you should go check out one of the psp download web sites. All you do is google for “psp download” and you will find that there are several such sites and that they not only offer the games like you would expect, but they also offer music, music videos, and full length movies too.
Just think if your family likes to travel and would prefer to drive to save money on travel and have freedom once you get to your destination but are leery of putting your kids through torture, this may be your answer. Your kids will love the psp and all of the things that can be done with it via the psp download capability.
French is cool

I have been in Pondicherry for quite some time now, and I have missed all the oppertunities that have come my way to learn French. But I already speak 4 languages and I am not very keen on knowing another one. So I am pretty sure that I will be letting go any other oppertunity that I might get as well.
Yesterday when I was watching TV, I was shocked to learn that Chandrika Kumaratunga took her universiry course in Paris and speaks french fluently, and she speaks English quite well too.
Would that make me learn French? Well, the French President is a bigger guy, and he too speaks French, so why should I care of Chandrika Kumaratunga speaks French or not?
As long as I have google translator and have a computer on my desk with enough computer memory, I wouldn’t want to bug up my brain in learning a new language.
Affiliate Curry, What the FUCK?
by Ravi on Sep.04, 2008, under General
When I am free, and am not at the office, I just search the internet looking for ways to make money on the internet. I dont mind even if I get a dollar out of something, but I look for ways. If I like the way, I continue doing it, and if I dont like it, I look for something else.
People have always been telling me about one good way of making money online is with affiliate marketing and when I decided to google for it today, what I got was affiliatecurry.com on the top. I clicked on the site, and the home page, though was not very impressive as an American site, showed some standard. I just read their terms briefly and decided to singup and give it a try. I do have a few mailing lists and yahoo groups up my sleeve, and when I pressed submit after entering all the registration details in the appropriate fields, the site welcomed me with a MySql error message.
Indians. Must have hosted the site on some stupid shared hosting package. I didn’t bother to check that, and I just went to their contact us page and got an email id, and when I came to my gmail box to mail them, I found a mail saying that I have been accepted as a member already and it had the autogenerated password too. Cool, so I went ahead and logged in.
And what I saw there was pretty cool. Lines and Lines of MySql error messages, and when I scorlled down there were categories with empty braces, and when I even scrolled down further I got another huge set of lines of error messages, and further down I found the actual affiliate programs. I read through the table, and when I decided to choose all that I wanted, i checked them and clicked on a button which asked me to click to accept all selected. And again I was greated with a bunch of error messages and at the bottom I found that out of the 14 programs that I had checked, 7 had been auto approved and 7 are still pending.
Great, will start with the 7 right away. I looked for the links for banners or flashes that I cna shoot out on my emails, and all 7 links were not working. The websites were, but the links mentioned on the affiliate programs were Not Found. No banners, and no links. Bloody Hell. Looks like all that these guys can do is SEO to make sure that the site comes on TOP of google, and absolutely nothing is inside.
Blog Pay
by Ravi on Aug.28, 2008, under General
Google sometimes is boring. It always returns the same results over and over again for different combinations of the search terms. I wanted to find out if there are any new websites that are showing up in the blog sphere that would pay you to blog. An idea struck me last night and I thought I would go ahead and look for other search engines that are there in the world. Surely they will not be using the algorithm of Google, so the way they display the results would be greater, and you can find what you are looking for with a bit of ease. Or atleast you could hope for it. So when I set foot to start looking for a new search engine which would give me better, or atleast different results for blog pay I landed upon RankNoodle.com. It is a search engine that would not only give you the search results like google does, but also gives you an article on what you are looking for. So for example lets say you are searching for the term search engine for beginners you get a simple article on what is meant by search engine and why it exists and why people cant do without a search engine.
I have a feeling that this site will redefine the concept of search engines. This even acts like a miniature wikipedia as it gives a small synopsys of what you are searching for. there has already been a debate that wikipedia might in the near future overtake google in the search for information as wikipedia has got almost everything now, and it comes without ads and it doesnt use any stupid algorithms. Lets say you are searching fro a good hosting company. When you search google it will just give you a list of sites in the order in which the sites are optimized. But if the company is good at optimization of websites for the search engines and are not really keen on hosting, then the site might be on the top but the service might be poor, while the people who provide good services might be bottom just because they have not optimized their websites or they have not put up any sponsored advertisments on google’s search page.
A search with an article is at its starting stage, and once developed, people will only go for that. When you search for hosting companies on a search engine like ranknoodle.com, you will possibly get a user edited or a user reviewed list of sites rather than a list that is ordered bust by a company’s stupid algorithm. This technology is going to rule the internet in the very near future.
